SARASOTA, FL – November, 2019 – Delta Engineering & Inspection, Inc. celebrated 20 years of business this past Saturday, November 2^nd. The celebration was held at the Art Ovation Hotel in downtown Sarasota. The commemoration drew a crowd of over 100 colleagues, clients and business partners. Steven Mainardi, P.E. and president of the firm commented, “Without the support of you all, Delta would not be where it is today so thank you,” during his heartfelt toast. SARASOTA, FL – April 19, 2018 – Delta Engineering & Inspection, Inc. (Delta), a licensed, consulting engineering firm, has recently moved their headquarters into a new 6,244 square foot office building to accommodate the firm’s continued growth and expansion. JUSTIN CHAVIS, E.I. ELECTED DIRECTOR OF CSI – SUNCOAST
SARASOTA, FL – June 19, 2018 – Delta Engineering & Inspection, Inc. (Delta) is pleased to announce the recent appointment by election of Project Manager, Justin Chavis, as Director of the Suncoast Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). Mr. Chavis will be serving a two-year term as Director of the Suncoast Chapter of CSI, which is based out of Sarasota, FL. CSI is a national association dedicated to improving the communication of construction information as used by the construction community. With a membership base of over 9,500 allied professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, specifiers, facility managers, and others, CSI is committed to the continuous development and transformation of standards and formats and the education and certification of professionals to improve project delivery processes.

JUSTIN JOHNSON, E.I., HIRED AS ENGINEER
SARASOTA, FL – December 12, 2017 – Delta Engineering & Inspection, Inc. (Delta) is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Justin Johnson as an Engineer for the firm’s Naples office. Mr. Johnson graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with an emphasis on structures. He is E.I. certified and brings with him extensive knowledge in structural rehabilitation projects as well as experience in performing building assessments and forensic investigations, designing and detailing repairs per applicable building codes, preparing repair drawings and specifications, managing bidding and contract negotiations, and performing construction coordination and observation.

CHRISTOPHER WOSNIAK HIRED AS INSPECTOR
SARASOTA, FL – December 12, 2017 – Delta Engineering & Inspection, Inc. (Delta) is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Christopher Wosniak for the firm’s Sarasota office. Mr. Wosniak is a Florida licensed Home Inspector and brings in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in inspecting a wide variety of buildings and their associated systems. He is skilled at adeptly assessing the condition of various building components and systems, accurately estimating potential costs of major repairs, determining a building’s useful life, and drafting well-written, detailed inspection reports. Mr. Wosniak has a diverse background in team leadership, property management, and customer service within the construction industries.

He is E.I. certified and brings with him extensive knowledge in structural design and analysis, spatial design, and project management. Mr. Chavis has a broad background in performing structural design and analysis work for a wide variety of residential building projects and multi-story structures. He also has experience managing multiple construction design projects, providing structural foundation and framing inspections, and guiding construction projects for contractors and clients.

MARK BOSS HIRED AS PROJECT MANAGER
SARASOTA, FL – May 31, 2017 – Delta Engineering & Inspection, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Mark Boss as a Project Manager for the firm’s Sarasota office. Mr. Boss brings with him 35 years of experience in waterproofing, restoration, and paint coating expertise. He has supervised and managed operational teams and subcontractors on over a thousand successful projects and has an excellent record for safety performance, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

GILBERTO D. GIL, M.S.C.E., E.I. HIRED AS ENGINEER
SARASOTA, FL – April 17, 2017 – Delta Engineering & Inspection, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Gilberto Gil as an Engineer I. Mr. Gil is a recent graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering specializing in Structural Engineering. Mr. Gil is E.I. certified with the Florida Board of Professional Engineers and brings with him an extensive knowledge in structural analysis, concrete design, steel design, and building information modeling.

DELTA ENGINEERING IS AWARDED AIRPORT CONTROL TOWER PROJECT
SARASOTA, FL – March 29, 2017 – Delta Engineering & Inspection, Inc. is pleased to announce that they have been awarded the construction monitoring contract for the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport air traffic control tower project. The air traffic control tower at Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport was originally built in the 1970s and is being replaced with a new, $25-million tower. The new tower will stand 139 feet high on the west side of the airport runways and gives air traffic controllers a complete view of the entire airport.
